It’s a gold mine for spotting clean everything. Does anything rot out here (as long as you don’t let it get full of leaves/needles) ? I mean, even rubber doesn’t generally go bad here.

They salt the roads in Highway 2, so watch out for that.

Over here they use a liquid magnesium chloride brine mixture these days. It’s not ideal but it’s better than salt.

Seattle has started salting downtown, but we get so little snow/ice that I’m hoping it won’t rot cars anymore than the existing moss/mildew does.
